I need to change the PSU in my HTPC as its getting quite old (8+years 
) and noisy, i've replaced the fan but due to its age its missing modern connectors and lacking enough sata connections has given me good enough reason to just replace it.
Silence is the priority and 450w or above should be enough. But also not looking to spend more than £40
So what do people suggest?

8gb ram

2*3.5" WD Greens and 1 SSD
