Hi guys, I'm tasked with making a small computer for a woman, which will be used for some light photoshop and stuff.

Needs the whole kit, including monitor.

What can be done for around 400-500 including monitor? Cheaper possibly?

Many thanks, I'd know where to start with a good build but not sure about this type of thing.

Photoshop is £700 piece of software. And a demanding one as these things go at that.
Getting it to run on a Machine that is only 65% the cost of the software is, umm, ambitious?
A 'decent' monitor can be half your budget easily.

Removed.
That's something like it, within budget. A cute very small red mini ITX case,1 RAM slot available for upgrade(£30~) but doesn't include a GPU, which if she's photoshoping a lot.... yeah. Depends what you mean by 'light photoshop'. Is it just a Facebook machine with some instagram suitable photo editing? If so could save costs on the CPU.

I'm no expert, but that's my attempt.

With everything and IPS monitor which is better for the job. Monitor has basic sound. Case is lovely, looks even better in real life.

Photoshop would benefit from more RAM but 8GB will do if needed.

Over budget but this is what I'd save up for instead of settling for less, because in the long run it'll be better.
