Cheap sound card with optical in for decoding PS3 surround sound?

Hey. Currently I have a surround sound system hooked up to my PC, not the best quality, but I can upgrade that later. Right now I'm looking for a fairly cheap sound card which will decode and allow me to play PS3 and 360 games in surround sound via optical. It doesn't have to be the bare bones cheapest, but something that is good quality and gets the job done.

Not all soundcards twith optical in decode from the optical. Be careful. It's a bit of a can of worms.
