Cheap spec for electronic mining

Hi guys, I'm looking to build a new system to start out mining so nothing extreme to start with, thinking of the below so far but need help! any suggestions more than welcome:

Do you think its worth mining ? as there are articles saying its not.

The days of profitable GPU mining are over. Unless you want to make small bucks on alt currencies. Bear in mind the cost of power.

Mining has become useless for anyone outside of Asia that doesn't have a factory full of computers working with 2meter tall fans lining the walls.
