Cheap Spec me

Cousin wants a cheap PC for internet browsing, Microsoft Office and music. So nothing drastic.

He doesn't need an operating system or a monitor.

Could anyone spec me the cheapest solution?

at bottom end be hard pushed to beat the Nova, or if he feels he wants a bit more then look at the drone

Yep the Nova is great if the user is familiar with pc's and knows what they really want. But if he/she isn't I'd say go with the Drone. New users always end up wanting to do more than they expected and the Drone is more powerful to start with and has lots of upgrade paths.
