Well, If your after an all in one system, youll be better off getting somthing second hand. maybe a 2 year old pre-built system or somthing like that.
But if you dont mind a bit of experimentation,
you should seriously consider the ASUS eepc coupled with an external mouse and monitor...it will be a bit over budget, but youll have the benefit of an ultra portable laptop.
They run Linux, but can be persuaded to run a cut-down version of windows, if it wasnt for the tiny hard drive I would get one myself, they are very cool.
If your only using it for work and web-browsing, then the small hard drive will be fine.
