cheap tablet with 3g/4g connection

i had a lenovo tab4 8inch but unfortunately broke the screen recently and just seeing what the replacement cost for a second hand one is (about £75), i thought i'd look if there's anything else people can recommend that has data connection and sub £100? i odn't mind paying £75 for the same tablet, however given i bought this about £100 about 5 years ago, £75 feels a bit too high for this device and thought there might be something better now
