Cheap tricore build?

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone could spec me the cheapest possible tricore build?

I don't need an operating system and a moniter unless you can find one under like 60 quid.

One of my main issues is trying to find a decent cheap gpu, any ideas?

Could be done *slightly* cheaper using a super cheapo case+psu however that build has all decent quality components for £350 + shipping.

I think in this build the GPU will be slightly bottlenecked by the CPU.
