Cheap upgrade CPU/Mobo/RAM

I desperately need to upgrade my PC as I'm running an old X3 450 and 4GB DDR3. I don't game so I'm using the onboard graphics. It's really just for browsing and the odd bit of basic photo editing for eBay etc.

I have a relatively new CX430 PSU I can make use of, as well as a perfectly good case, a new HDD etc. So just looking for CPU/Mobo/RAM. Looking to spend £150ish

So far I've come up with,

i3-6100 £95
Asus H110M-Plus £50
8GB DDR4-2133MHz £30

or,

G4400 £50
Asus H110M-Plus £50
8GB DDR4-2133MHz £30
120GB Sandisk SSD £35

or,

i3-4170 £95
Asus H81M-Plus £35
120GB Sandisk SSD £35
and make use of my existing DDR3-1333MHz £Free

Any other suggestions?
