cheap upgrade....ideas?

current system in sig below. wanting to upgrade before christmas. going to need cpu,mobo,ram,gfx & o/s. budget £350! I use my pc for internet, ms word, photoshop music n the odd game now n again. do I go amd or intel? 32bit or 64bit. bit unsure?

EDIT:
£10 over... but it's worth it for the extra 2gb of ram.
If it HAS to be under 350 then remove 2GB. Or change the GFX to the 256mb version.

What psu do you have?

so 64bit now the way forward? will I be able to clock this system?
