Cheap Upgrade

At the moment I have 3.0Ghz AMD 64 (939) 1 gig ram and a XFX GeForce 6800GS and a Asus A8N motherboard.

I was thinking on upgrading my ram to 2 gig and my processor to 4200Ghz AMD 64 dual core. Do you think this upgrade will allow me to play LOTR online at full settings?
