Cheap upgrade

I have an Intel E2160 processor along with an Ati HD2600. It was never intended to be anything more than just a desktop internet browsing PC along with being a media player.

I'm considering spending a little cash to give it more beans, so can someone please suggest an upgrade path for me please? I'm not even sure what motherboard I have/socket it uses, but I expect it's out of date now, so perhaps to keep it cheap I can just overclock it and then buy a graphics card and RAM for more grunt?

Thoughts?

Specs I have to hand are just as follows:

Intel E2160, dual core 1.8ghz
ATI HD2600
4gb RAM
Budget: £150?

Don't know the motherboard atm, sorry. Would it be worth overclocking the CPU as much as I can, as I bought it on the basis it can go to 3ghz, and then just buy the best gfx card I can?
