I am looking for a cheap upgrade from my Q6600

I have decided on this little bundle, but unsure if I am going sideways rather than upwards?

Its going to be a gaming rig, with some office work thrown in as well.

I thought about the AMD as a cheaper option for now, but am now thinking it might be false economy as I'll want to build upon the new parts in time :)
