I need a cheap laptop for basic web browsing and watching YouTube/Netflix Zero gaming,must be windows 10, i have zero clue when it comes to laptops, only ever owned desktops for the past 15 years. Any particular brands models i should be looking at?

I3 (4th gen or later)
4 GB RAM
1080p display.

Brands are pretty much irrelevant for your needs.
