Cheap VPS/Dedi host?

I could do with a cheap (very cheap) VPS host for testing out a new project, but as I'm unsure how well this is likely to take off or even work in the real world, I object to paying much for it (until POC is complete).

I could do with it being a Windows Server 2008 (or R2) box, and for it to have 1-2GB of RAM at a minimum, although bandwidth is less of a concern.

Any ideas guys?

It's OK, I ended up getting a basic package with BurstNET for a whopping £4.76 a month
