Cheaper, equivalent air CPU cooler to the Noctua NH-U14S?

I read this review of the i9 10900 here:

I noticed that that the Noctua NH-U14S cooler performs well, but is a tad expensive (~£56).

Is there an equivalent, cheaper, more recently released air CPU cooler available from Noctua or other brands?

Looks like a decent cooler, and good value too, thanks. But, the Hyper Evo 212 (159 mm tall) barely fits in a mid tower PC I just built.

The NH-U14S is 165 mm tall. I have roughly 1cm of clearance, so either of these coolers may just about fit.
