Cheapest 12" Netbook?

Looking to buy a cheap 12" netbook. What is the cheapest i could by? Got around £200 to spend. Prob 2nd hand but need some pointers.

Does it have to be 12"? I'm currently looking at the following: Acer Aspire One A150 (~£120), Toshiba NB100 (~£220), Asus Eee PC (various models starting at around £120).

where can you get a new Acer Aspire One A150 for £120?
