Cheapest 22" with speakers?

I think the cheapest that OCUK currently stock is this (currently on a this week only special)

I think you will struggle to find what you are looking for for under £100 though, let alone 90. Also the speakers in that monitor, or any at this price range really, are rubbish. You would probably be better off going for something like this:

and pairing it with a set of cheap speakers like this:
