cheapest adsl BB?

cheapest adsl BB? With sky but am now charged £24.90. which is s a large jump from £16.40
What I have sorta noticed is:
Coop
Plusnet
Post office
and even BT
paying line for a year also appears to help. What are the Post office like where are their call centers ? Just found that TalkTalk have the Post Office contract!!!

It's worth giving a Sky a call and tell them you're planning on leaving. They may make you a better offer.

In the end I had to make 3 calls -Bombay for 2 - of them but success £17.40 all up with a Scottish lassie in Haggis country
