What's the cheapest thing that'll run Vista Aero well (I mean totally smoothly with no lag whilst dragging etc) and has two DVI connectors?

Don't give a flying fig what it's like at games, only the above matters.

I'm using an old X1800 which is fine (Vista score is 5.7 if that means anything). Probably uses more power than necessary, but it's fine with the Vista desktop.
 
The important thing is that the card will support directx 9 (i.e. any card less than three of four generations old). An ati x800 supports directx 8 only Aero won't work.
