What is the cheapest motherboard you can buy which has onboard graphics, onboard network and you can overclock to 220MHz?

Socket 939 and if possible a nice quiet chipset fan

Biostar TFORCE 6100-939 is a good option and under £60
 
you can get x300-based ATI xpress200 boards for ~£40

my jetway a210gdms is available for £44. onboard x300, onboard lan, fanless chipset. mines running 270fsb 24/7 netting me just uner 3ghz with my opty 148. ive benched at 275fsb/3025mhz

What is the max res of those board's graphics and do either have the option to put a card in at a later date ? preferably pci express.

Im hoping 1280 x 1024

1280x1024 will be no problem and both will support seperate PCI-E cards.
 
my jetway is a pci-e board. up untill a few weeks ago i had an x800gto2 in there. no problems:)

max res on the onboard is 2048x1536. ive never known onboard gfx to be limited in res:)
