cheapest c2d needed

my gf's mobo broke and its a 939 board and i can only find a couple around for either £40 or £140, so im in need of the cheapest mobo, c2d proc and ddr2 mem, i have a 7800gt to go with it. the only game she will be playing is wow.

can any1 spec me the cheapest of cheap parts.
