Guys, what is the cheapest card i could use with an A8-7600 that will run most modern games like Battlefield 4 or Just Cause3? Budget i am not sure just want the cheapest possible that will allow the above games to play smoothly. My res is 1920x1080. I have 8GB 2133 ram and an SSD. Ta

That 7600 should be playable at 720p.
For a new (not second hand) option something like an R7 250 (~£57) would be the cheapest possible I would say (avg 30 FPS with reasonable settings at 1080p). Above that you're into the R7 360 / 750 Ti / R7 265 sort of range (all good options).

Unless you did something to lose the privilege, you should be able to. But maybe you've never requested the access? It's not like you're lacking the post count ...
