Cheapest Card with HDMI 2.1?

Hello All,

I've just got my Dad a 4k 120hz capable monitor, his old GPU (Nvidia 720 I think!) can only handle 4k 60hz, he doesn't game or do anything more stressful than browse the web edit MP3's etc and therefore wants to spend as little as possible, it seems the Nvidia 4030 card isn't available and I'm clueless when it comes to AMD, can anyone suggest anything or is it just not on the market yet? (AMD would be fine, I've just not had one for a long time and out of the loop)

There is no DP on the Monitor, it's actually a 48" LGOLED CX...I use similar and 120hz is smoother for everyday use, so a HDMI 2.1 card would be useful. I'll look at the RX 6400...

Bit to pricy new for his needs, think I'll hold out for a 3050 on the Members Market...(or AMD equivalent)
