Cheapest case with 200mm + front and top?

Will only be used for gaming occasionally, mainly office work etc.

The person whose stuff I will be moving into the case moans like mad at the slightest noise in cases including Hd spins, opticals etc so want to be able to put in a couple of high volume 200mm+ fans that can idle away all day without any noise but still cope if they start playing games like World of Tanks etc.
