Cheapest courier for sendings gifts to the USA

Can anyone advise what the cheapest courier would be for sending gifts to the USA? Would regular royal mail be best?

i'll ask my parents who they use to send parcels here, they arrive pretty quick too, fastest was 24 hrs from drop off to landing at my door.

The best courier would be FedEx or UPS.

Sent a package to US a few weeks ago, dropped off at 3:30pm on 22nd, delivered at 2:20pm on 23rd.

Check rates on ups.com or parcel2go or interparcel.

I have used royal mail international tracked and signed once in the past and it was cheap but pretty slow.

Every time I get something sent it's either from Fed Ex or UPS.

I even use UPS in UK using interparcel.

Brilliant service and never had any hassle ...courier comes to your house to collect.
