Cheapest domain & email host?

When I started a Ltd company that I contract through last year, as part of the setup costs I got a years free .co.uk domain with www.names.co.uk

All I use it for is having a @mydomain.co.uk email address that I use for all work contacts. The option to have a webpage would be nice but so far I haven't used it so it's not essential.

Should I just renew with names.co.uk or does anyone have an alternative suggestion for a service that would give me what I want for the lowest possible cost?
