Not looking for HD just a LCD Flat Screen for TV in my room, bigger the better, cheaper the better.

I don't watch allot of TV's we have got a 48" Samsung in the living room, but the GF wants a big TV in the bedroom, for the odd DVD she wants to watch with me.

I am not bothered about the Brand, Obvious if you can get a good one, all the better.

cheers guys x

* Was surprised when she asked to watch Duce Bigalo, European Jigalo the other night. ;)

what size? big is a pretty vague term!

you can probably get LCD's from £100 upwards. if you want something half decent in size, then i think 32's can be had from around £250 upwards if you are not fussed on make.

Richersounds might be worth looking at, can get a 26" Sharp LC26SB25E for £260 or a 32" Hitachi UT32MH70 for £270.

Might also be worth looking on that auction site.

I bought a 32" LG3000 from Richer Sounds in Birmingham for £329 (+ £30 for the five year warranty) recently for use as a bedroom TV and I think it's excellent for the money. I wouldn't advise anything bigger than a 32" TV for a bedroom and whilst the LG isn't technically the cheapest 32" LCD you can buy it's not that much more than the cheap brand rubbish you can buy and is a quality product IMO :)
