Need a cheap graphics card which support 3 monitors at the same time, can be AMD or Nvidia and needs to work on Windows XP.

I do not think you can run 3 monitors with Windows XP. Is a limitation of the OS and definitely you cannot run Eyefinity either.
(the OS isn't supported for many years also, do not expect miracles....)


You need to upgrade to windows 7. After all all graphic card can do it, if you have enough slots to connect monitors.

What you have currently?
 
If you really need a card with multi monitor support that works on XP have a look around for a Matrox card, no good for gaming but plenty for general desktop use and up to quad monitor support.
