Cheapest graphics card with audio over hdmi?

Hi all,

As per the title, which is the cheapest graphics card out at the moment with audio over hdmi? Want to connect it to pc but the tv doesnt seem to like having a phono input for the sound and hdmi for the picture.

any card in the following ati range
ati 2 and 3 series if you need 5.1
ati 4 series if you need 7.1

both need the special ati dvi-hdmi converter if audio over hdmi is wanted

does the convertor tend to come with it on retail packages?

He only wants it for tv out, so no gaming needed at all.

i think it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, you can always post a wanted on MM for 1 if it doesnt

ah, if it helps, usually the high end cards have them packaged with them.

my 3450 did not have an adaptor (saphire i think)
3850 (OCUK/triplex i think) i dont think did

the following did
4870 512MB (HIS)
2900 512MB (HIS)
4870 1GB (powercolor)

My Saphire 3450 (low profile) came with the adaptor.

Yeah, I have a sapphire 3450 and I'm sure it came with one of them adaptor thingies.
