Cheapest HDMI out gfx card w/audio

My mate is after the cheapest PCIe HDMI output graphics card that can also output audio over the HDMI

He wants to play films on his pc upstairs and watch them downstairs using about 7 meter HDMI cable, will this work?

He doesn't play any games. Its just to play HD content from his pc to his plasma downstairs.

Ordered the Gigabyte 4350 from OcUK, will be here monday.
