My brother has just got his first house. He would like Internet for a bit of light surfing and checking emails.
He currently has no phone line as he doesn't want the expense when him and his gf have mobiles for calls.
VM is available I think but more than they want to pay.
Is mobile broadband a good way to go? I know O2 signal is good in his house with full 3G signal.
If he had a mobile phone contract with internet (O2 Simplicity) could he connect the phone to his net book and use tethering? Or do O2 not like this?
Any other options I'm overlooking? I think he would ideally like it to be about £10 a month.
