Whats the cheapest place to get one? non contract.
I already have a great contract thats very cheap.

Tesco do it at £440, but it says you need to buy something else also :/
Play have them at like £800!! but some used - like new at £400.

Do you think the big famous online market place is safe?

Thanks :)

i would never pay £400 + for a phone but i have used the famous online market to by phones before and iv never had a problem

looks like o2 have put their price up, im sure it was 440 on apple site!

still, keep the o2 sim because it gives you free hotspot access (great if your other contract does not have unlimited 3g or hotspot access)

Just get an iphone 3g, or keep the 3g if you already have one tbh. Apple will no doubt be releasing a new model this summer and the 3gs isnt really that different to the 3g and you can get the 3g for like £200 less on the open market. Only benefit of having the S is good quality video recording. OK, the S will be more snappier than the old 3g, but is it really worth it?

Also you can 'legally' unlock the old 3g iphones that used to be on o2, but you cant with orange (yet) so your better off with an old o2 3g, get it unlocked through o2 website (requires validation plus connection to itunes after confirmation text) then go with 3 mobile £15 a month gives you a load of minutes, unlimited texts and 1-gig mobile internet a month :)

Then come june when the iphone 3g s 1.1 comes out (made that name up btw, pure sarcasm!!) then you can simply sell the 3g, cancle the monthly 3 contract and you will sell your 3g on ebay without losing too much money on it (will hold its value much better). Then get the latest model in 6 months time on the latest contract.

Oh forgot, you already have an orange sim. OK, just get an o2 3g, unlock it, bobs your auntie :)
