Cheapest nVidia graphics card that will do 720p

I have an old Acer Power M8 and the on-board GeForce 6100 IGP with 256MB shared RAM stutters when playing 720p videos at full screen (monitor resolution is 1050p).

What is the cheapest nVidia card that will easily do 720p? It also can't be too loud. Thanks The PSU is only 300 Watt and I'm planning on upgrading to an Athlon X2 4600+ which needs 65W power.

i'd go for a 5450... i have used these cards in a few HTPC builds for a few people and they are great cards especially for HD video content.

I have paired them along with a celeron dual core and a phenom X6 and they do a great job.
