Havn't got a clue about low-end GPU's so looking for a little advice.

Looking for a cheap PCI-e GPU for a download/encoding box for a m8's upgrade. He won't be gaming as he has no interest in that side of things but watches dvd's etc on his unit. Budget of around £35. Preferably with VGA output (old monitor) or at least have dvi-vga adapter.

Which would be best :

7300LE
8400GS
x1550

8400GS imo, it can handle Aero as far as im aware im not too sure about the other ones, but the 8 series would be the best.
