Cheapest phone with WiFi and allows Skype to be installed?

Going travelling next month for 4 months and I'd rather not take my Nokia N86 with me as knowing my luck I will lose it in drunken stupor!

Just wondering if anyone can recommend me a cheap phone to use instead, which has built in Wi-Fi and also is able to have Skype installed.

Anyone any suggestions?

take the n86, and spend the money you'd spend on another phone on phone insurance.

Hmmm interesting. Just read that I might be covered under my house insurance too, going to get my mother to enquire with More Th>n to see if this is the case.

Not that many phones support voip with skype, only really smartphones (and they're not exactly cheap!). Either get an old N95 or such like, or just get the insurance as stated above and stick with the N86.

edit: or at least it used to be the case, for example it's not available on Android yet

I see, might be worth checking out if i'm covered for my mobile phone on my home insurance then, if not i'll look about getting some specific insurance for the 4 months i'm away. Can anyone recommend any companies?

Nokia e63 and 5530 are both around the £100 mark. I'd recommend getting insurance instead though.
