Cheapest possible micro ATX gaming build?

Hi all,

I'm looking for the cheapest possible gaming build based around the Pentium K.

Need everything including kb, mouse and monitor (no os needed).

I was looking at an Asus H81 board as I heard the Pentium can be overclocked on it?

Suggestions, builds, advice appreciated.

(Also, must be micro size as will be used for gaming for 3 months then retired to being an htpc).

Having said that if it is going to be an HTPC box in the future then I would take a look at the AMD A8-7600 and something like the MSI A88XM-E35
