Cheapest possible spec PC needed

Its a home PC, used for word processing and surfing mainly. No gaming no video processing, nothing intensive basically.

Just need the specs for a CPU, case (preferably small), Memory and PSU, and motherboard with onboard graphics.

I can figure out the rest (ie HDD and DVD etc).

I'm looking at the current Asus barebones C2D but seem a bit weedy at 250W.
Any opinions? Obviously I mean cheapest without being crappy ;)

This is about as cheap as it gets while using mATX and a decent PSU/case combo. :)

tbh your better phoning the big company founded by michael :) you wont beat them pricewise for a budget system
 
^ i don't know, I think you might be able to right now! That spec above is great... you're paying next to nothing but some people have OCed the e2160 to up around 2.8GHz on stock cooling. I can't remember a time when you could get a complete unit minus drives for under £200 delivered and it doesn't suck.
