Cheapest RAM for my setup?

Okay so I'm just after 2 stickers for now I'll spend £200 on another 2 sticks when I feel like dishing out some more money but atm I think I've spend enough haha... so I'm looking for a recommendation for the cheapest ram to complete my set up which I'm guessing will be 8GB.

GTX 980TI

4x Thermal RGB Fans
550W Gold Rated PSU
120GB SSD
1TB HDD

I believe Ryzen is best paired with 2666 or above ram. Frequency is superior to timings.

I would recommend the 16GB now instead of 8GB, but here are some choices:

My basket at Overclockers UK:

The cheaper 16GB is the best 'deal' (hard to say with current RAM prices) of the 3.

Ryzen does benefit from higher frequencies and lower CL timings (and especially Samsung B-die like the 8pack set) but £40 is quite a lot for the privilege.

Got this ram and it came faulty xD

Guess I learnt my lesson don't buy cheap. Brand new and it doesn't work.
