Spec me the cheapest rig possible that would run windows 7 no hard drives needed (already have them).
Must have 1 Gigabit ethernet port.
Would like it to have 2 optical drive bays but not essential if the rig can be substantially cheaper not including them.
Basically going to use as a server and record large amounts of data to drives over the ethernet port so it needs to be powerful enough to say run windows and 1 application on top and output onto a tv/monitor.
