Hey guys with a change of job I know need a sat nav to make my life easier.

As cheap as possible as I'm totally skint due to the job move. 2nd hand fleebay whatever.

What I need is:
1) get me to the nearest village then I can just look for roads which cross rail track, so I need to be easily be able to move the map about so I can see which roads cross where.
2) take longitude and latitude coordinates
3) once I arrive somewhere save the place.

I'm assuming all will do number 1 and 3?

Get a navigo mate. They are about £50-60 brand new for the small screen version (£90 for the version i have which has a big 4.3" widescreen)

Read up on them, they will run whatever software you want. I am running tomtom6 on mine.
