Cheapest, small screen laptop toucscreen?

Does something like this exist?

Small screen, around 7"
QWERTY keyboard
Wireless LAN
Windows/Linux OS

Basically like the Asus EEE but with a toucscreen.

thanks. Actually OS Windows/Linux isn't important, but having a web browser is a must, and having it default to http://localhost:9000/ also.
