cheapest spec

ok so i need to build up a super cheapy computer for other people in my house, probably won't be used that much, will only be for like casual internet browsing, word processing and to storing pics from camera printing them out etc.

probably amd, i want to put it in matx case and it will have to be on wirelss internet, no need for monitor keyboard or mouse.

if i was to go second hand would i get a much better spec for that price?

btw wheres the psu lol
