Cheapest system build to run Wow?

Looking to build a Wow machine on a budget. What's the cheapest I could build a system to run Wow at 1080p at a good frame rate, say ~40fps in most situations?

What sort of spec are we talking?

Thanks Folks some good suggestions, I was hoping to come in at under or around 400 so that sounds good.

I hear you about the CPU. I'll look for at least a half decent i5 I think. I'd prefer Intel anyway.
