After a small PC to go into TV cabinet. All I want/need it to do is play videos (up to 720p) and music via HDMI connection. Also a 1TB HDD. Got a XP license so just need hardware!

Cheap as possible really unless its worth spending a little more.

Did look at the sticky builds for £400 however the picture doesn't show up!

Also if possible be good at encoding into DIVX files.

My 2p, more than enough power for your requirements, cool running dual core at stock. Should be quiet enough but not silent. Onboard everything from the mobo with HDMI and smooth HD/Bluray playback etc all the encoding is done onboard. Also added a Bluray DVD-Rom, you did not specify but I figured its there for futureproofing and incase you want to play Bluray movies over HDMI etc.

Case may not be to your liking and a little to large but with the mobo being M-ATX you can change this for anything that takes your fancy!

Oh and knock a tenner off that price as you should get free shipping for being a dedicated forum member and ocuk customer :p
