Cheapest TomTom

My wife would like TomTom, because she is couriering locally atm as things are a bit tight.

I have a spare 2gb memory card for sony ericsonn k750i which she could use, phone and memory stick that is.
So what's the cheapest option? And what exactly do I need? A satelite reciever of some sort or would the phone pick up satelite.
