Cheapest way to access Netflix on TV

As title really,

Have just bought TV for playroom and wanting to add Netflix to it. Thinking similar to fire stick etc, but wondering what the cheapest/easiest way of doing this would be. Being able to stream via DLNA would also be great but not essential.

sounds like chromecast may be the way to go, just looked at it and seems to do everything I want with the right apps. Sadly not a smart TV, bought it second hand from a friend
