Cheapest way to import alcohol from Germany?

So yeah, i love drinking Jager and i have family and friends that said they would post it over to me if i wanted because its generally more than half the price over there. But the problem is getting it from Germany to Wigan :D
I would use an online company to get it because it is a fair bit cheaper but with their postage its not cheaper than just getting it from Tesco.
So it would be GREATLY appreciated if anyone could recommend a way to get it from Germany to here.
