I need to return something faulty to overclockers, it shouldnt matter how they get it should it (i.e dhl, parcelforce etc?)

was thinking of sending it by citylink or something, item weights around 6kg - anyone know what the "cheapest" or "cheaper" way to send it?

Cheers!

As long as its covered insurance wise up to the value, then it just depends which courier and how quick you want it to get there.

Cheapest?

Walk?

Hhmmm... although that may not be an option.

Hitch-hike your way there offering your services as a Private Manlove to truckers, I'm sure you'll end up with something happening to your package that way.

got another qoute that came back, fedex 24 hours, plus cover up to £100 (more than enough), booked with them £11.50 or something it was

If it is faulty, then get them to pay for the return.

You are legally entitled to it, and don't take no for an answer. Threaten legal action if needed.

Don't expect your full costs back if you choose to use motor cycle courier though.

7.99 from DHL sounds very reasonable for 6KG - you'd pay more for parcelforce from the post office I'm sure.

So will ocuk be paying the 7.99 for DHL to return it?

while i agree i should not have to pay to send it back, i got free delivery for it in the first place, the only thing that annoys me is i phoned overclockers this morning, asked if i could swap the item for another that cost slightly more and could dpd collect the return item when they deliver the new, but i was not allowed to do that unfortunately - i do not know why?
