Cheapest way to send a parcel

Hi,

I'm thinking of sending some of my old PC equipment and was wondering what the cheapest way to send stuff (like graphics cards)?

I'd like it insured and tracked if possible and also a reasonably quick delivery time.

Any ideas?

I've looked at the Royal Mail website and Parcel2Go, but things always get quite a lot more expensive once you add a decent level of compensation.

I normally use http://collectplus.co.uk/ and found them to be fine, just check to see if you have somewhere local to drop off your parcels but there tends to plenty of locations now, but the cheaper service is 3 to 5 working days..

Otherwise https://www.myhermes.co.uk/ are fairly cheap also, not used them much myself though.

http://www.interparcel.com/ is another good one.

Myhermes are cheap if you don't mind it taking a few days to get there.

find a load of pigeons and rope, all it will cost you is time to train them...
